My Mission has always been to relieve suffering and to facilitate people understanding and completing their Soul Assignments with as much grace and joy as possible. No doubt Earth is a school, with a tough curriculum. I have evolved in my own journey and business since 1972 through academia and alternative training, diverse professional experience and epic initiations and dark nights of the soul.

My clientele has always been primarily women under 40 who still relate to me very well because I am very hip and fun and  have a wild spirit and lifestyle - even being a solo global nomad for the past 10 years which is why I just rebuilt my entire business model and website after a dormant period while voluntarily helping many seekers who found me in every culture along my travels.

The Elder Sage is now the stage I am in - one who has overcome many incredible life challenges and spiritual tests, this critical extraordinary time on Earth and the Evolution of our species calls me back. As much as I am a high touch intimate healer and teacher who worked mostly in person and had no need to use social media for marketing, there will be many upcoming projects on YouTube, new courses, ebooks and an online store.  Since 1990  I maintained an international practice all from referrals.

My style is deeply empathic and nurturing yet fiercely honest and direct with my signature humor. I provide the knowledge and the most efficient life-altering and life long resources for your growth and empowerment. I honor deep emotional release with a Buddhist perspective of witnessing and mindfulness.

As a Practical Mystic I draw upon a background in nursing and counseling, bodywork and energy healing, metaphysics and extraordinary paranormal experiences. I blend the ancient truths of mystical traditions and indigenous cultures with the most cutting edge science and breakthroughs in well-being and self-mastery through teachers like Joe Dispenza and Gregg Braden while incorporating the countless teachers I've studied since 1970 - plus being involved in many spiritual traditions, ashrams, communes and creative expression for 50 years.
