Individual Sessions or Packages
Since we are first a Soul of infinite energy temporarily inhabiting a physical Reality, my central offering is to always begin with a 90 minute comprehensive channeled intuitive reading in writing and recorded on a video chat.
It covers every aspect of your internal and external world, including your incarnations besides Earth. This is accessed through my high level Guides and yours and the Akashic Records. Most important is an entire detailed Soul profile beginning with your soul agreements and patterns you still carry, ancestral clearing, and having methods to intimately communicate with your Guides and Angels.
After this assessment:
* Any personal questions
* All energy systems measured
* Physical and mental health status
* Relationships current or with deceased individuals
* Subconscious beliefs and core wound that may still be infuencing your life
Time permitting, sessions incorporate some clearing or healing exercise followed up by emailed support resources, or that is for future sessions which go beyond info and into experiential. My expertise is combining daily practices for spiritual attunement and well-being on all levels that are fast, efficient and multifunctional for today's busy lifestyle.
This is offered as a stand alone service but is really a precise diagnostic tool and launching pad for the following stages of healing and transformation, depending on where you are in your journey.
When all the steps are completed, with Divine Guidance, we do the full "Soul Integration Process"tm which was our primary purpose for coming Here ... to master duality and fully merge Spirit into Matter. After this is activated and this Connection and vertical alignment are really locked in, then there is no losing it no matter how many personal or global challenges we are faced with.

Dissociation and nervous system dysregulation are two of the most common coping mechanisms I find in so many clients, even whom are spiritually very evolved. Either they are spiritually bypassing and postponing the inevitable confrontation that must occur - or it has already lead to chronic self sabotage, depression, anxiety, insomnia, allergies, PTSD, ADD and persistent health issues and pain- all
of which I've experienced and overcome, including suicide attempts and being in mental institutions where I've been a worker and a patient!
Sessions are always followed up with helpful homework, writing practices and exercises such as vagus nerve stimulation, and methods for somatic stress release from the body which I've had diverse training in and my own profound recovery work from lifelong traumas (see bio).
I played in the Sweetness and Light circles for decades that were in denial of many aspects of self and the totality of "reality", and shaming those who dare have the courage to face those Truths. I know how to get into the trenches with you and how to get you out! I'm an expert at Shadow Work and have been a relentless Warrior over internal and external Dark Forces of my own and others.
Especially helpful for chronic illness, trauma survivors, star seeds and highly sensitive and neuro-divergent individuals to incorporate easy but effective necessary daily practices which I will customize into a streamlined flow for you in writing or recording.

I've taught courses catering to the different types of learning styles and intuitive accessing.
My strength is as a channeler, clairaudience (hearing) and clairsentience (feeling) with proficiency in a variety of diagnosing and divination tools such as my advanced pendulum dowsing techniques and charts that I developed, muscle testing/applied kinesiology, automatic writing, and becoming a direct conduit for Spirit which I've done since 1980.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a powerful process of tapping acupuncture meridian points accompanied by repeating statements. The short simple self-help routine many are familiar but there is a plethora of advanced and deeper techniques for complex issues, with brain integration added.

For some clients, that is the entry point into self-discovery & just having unconditional attention & support
I've learned many styles in this and have years of experience professionally with different populations in my early careers in social work and mental health. Also had my share of compassionate listeners and feedback, brainstorming and sometimes tough love. So while just talking is not the ultimate solution, many of us are starved for others to be fully present for our feelings and stories.
Addictions of any kind -
including food, internet, shopping, etc start with a life and history analysis and then you are provided with much knowledge and tools for recovery, and replacing old coping mechanisms with new and better behaviors and activities. Nutritional and natural supplement support are very helpful.
My own life was filled with alcoholics on both sides of the family, pedophiles, a mother hooked on valium and in and out of psych wards, and my much younger sister threw away her life and our relationship to heroine leading to disabilities and petty crime. I also had a serious drug abuse problem in high school leading to a suicide attempt and a month "treatment" program (in those days more aptly called the locked psychotic ward- remember the movie "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" ?!
